The pizza was buy one get one free and delicious! The crust was my favorite that I’ve gotten at a restaurant. The cheesy bread was also very tasty.
I just wanted to say I love sams pizza! I have a customer for over 5 years! I wanted to leave a review to let everyone know that Michelle is my favorite driver! She is always happy and friendly I enjoy when she shows up on a delivery.
No matter what there is always superb customer service. Transparent on the time that my order would be ready so that I not have to wait. Customer service was top tier when I came in to pick up my 2 pizzas. Even though it was close to closing they treated my order as if it was the first order of the day.
I was visiting from out of town and my son was begging for pizza. Found this little spot and I wasn’t let down. My son devoured the whole box to himself. The slice I tasted was cheesy and the crust was perfect. The ham and cheese sub was ok. If visit again if I could.
I just read the previous review.. Very sad that some has to order multiple times to realize maybe they should just stop ordering if you are not happy.. I have been ordering from Sams pizza for over 10 years. At one point Jackie was my favorite driver, then Michelle.. If you want a family friendly restaurant, this is the place for you. The person who complained earlier sounds like they had an altogether bad day and decided to take it out on the entire store.. Not fair people can make mistake but being rude is not fair. If you have had so many problems why would you have continued to give them your business. The answer the food good, reasonably priced and customer service is good. The store recently just switch to pesi less than a week ago. So if the system hadn't update I get it can be annoying but the world is not ending!! I want everyone to know I have been a customer for over 10 years and will continue to stay a customer.
Services was excellent and very friendly and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. The wings were crispy just the way I like it and my wife enjoyed her pizza. The kids thought the green peppers weren't cut up small enough because there were big chunks on their pizza. Overall pretty good experience.
**UPDATE** just got my delivery... So I'm sure this isn't normal, but I'll include photos. They left the cooking grate on our pizza (lol). We'll return it I guess. And the cheese steak is not a cheese steak, but it's close enough. Similar to the ghost kitchen at IHOP. Tasty. Their pizza is always great though tbh. Stand by that. The fries are soggy. Need to be cooked longer, more crispy. ** End update ** Food is great. Actually one of the best pizzas in the area to be honest... Service is phenomenal, better than the majority of restaurants around here as well. And while this is universal, what in the world is going on with prices. $46 for a buy 1 get 1 pizza and a cheese steak combo. What in the ever living...
